How we handle your information
Gagewire is a marketing workspace for founders, creators and small-business owners. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it under your control.
What we keep
Your account email, and the assignments, brands, contacts, dispatches, results, payments and attachments you create. We also keep an audit log of key actions (such as who invited a member or created an API key) for accountability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your campaign content to train external models.
Who can see it
Only the people you invite to your organization. Each brand is kept separate from every other brand, and roles (owner, admin, contributor, viewer) decide who can read or change what. We do not share your data with advertising networks.
When you connect tools
Optional integrations link your own accounts — for example a calendar or inbox. Those services operate under their own privacy policies; Gagewire only stores the tokens needed to work with the data you choose, and we never expose financial data through share links or AI connections.
When you use AI and the API
Prompts and generated drafts are sent to the AI provider only to produce your result and are not used to train external models. API keys and AI assistant (MCP) connections can read and write the data your organization can see — you control which keys exist and what is connected, and you can revoke either at any time.
When payments are involved
Vendor payments and client payments are both processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. When you bill a client, the client’s card or bank details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page and never pass through Gagewire. Gagewire stores the records of those payments for your accounting and audit, not the underlying card or bank details.
What you can do
Export your data at any time, delete a brand or your account, revoke a key or share link, and ask us what we hold on you. Email is the simplest way to reach us — see the Contact page.
