The agreement between us

Last updated: September 18, 2026

By using Gagewire, you agree to use it to run honest marketing — to reach real people with real offers, and to respect their permission to be contacted.

Your work

You own the assignments, dispatches, contacts, results and other content you create. You are responsible for the messages you send and for following the laws that apply to email, SMS and advertising in the places you operate — including consent, unsubscribe and do-not-contact rules. Gagewire helps you plan and track; the actual sending happens in the channel tools or vendors you choose.

Paying vendors

You can record payments to vendors inside an assignment. When you pay through Gagewire, the charge goes directly from you to the vendor’s Stripe-connected account; Gagewire takes a fee of 3% + $0.30 from each completed payment (uncapped) and does not hold your funds. The vendor’s Stripe account bears any card or ACH processing cost; Gagewire takes no processing fee on top. You are responsible for the legitimacy of the vendors you pay and for any tax reporting those payments require.

Billing clients

You can also request a payment from a client inside an assignment. Gagewire generates a Stripe-hosted checkout link you send to the client; the client pays by card or ACH directly on Stripe’s page, and the funds settle to your Stripe account. Gagewire takes the same fee of 3% + $0.30 from each completed client payment (uncapped) and does not hold the funds in transit. Stripe’s card or ACH processing cost applies on top. You are responsible for the legitimacy of the invoices you issue and for the tax reporting those receipts require.

API keys and automation

Organization leaders can create API keys to read and write their organization’s data through the Gagewire REST API, and connect external AI and automation tools to it. Keys act with your organization’s permissions. You are responsible for keeping keys secret and for what is done with them — rotate or revoke a key the moment it leaks. You may also expose your data to AI assistants through an MCP server; that access is scoped the same way as a key and you control what is connected.

Optional AI assistance

Gagewire offers optional AI help with drafting, adapting and summarizing. It is a tool that suggests; you decide what to keep. You remain responsible for the accuracy of anything you publish or send.

Sharing and integrations

You can create unlisted, token-protected share links for an assignment, and connect your own accounts (such as a calendar or inbox) through optional integrations. You control those links and connections, and you are responsible for what you expose or authorize.

Our part

We provide the workspace, keep each brand’s data isolated, record key actions in an audit log for accountability, and work to keep the service available. We will give you notice before material changes to the service or these terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Gagewire to deceive, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to send spam, or to abuse the API or automation features. We will suspend accounts or revoke keys that do.

This is a summary written in plain language. A complete version will be provided before the app is generally available.
